Companies Act 2006 – Update your website and Email signature or risk a fine

Every company website, business letter and order form sent electronically must now feature the company name, registered number, and registered office address under the Companies Act 2006. Anyone who is acting on behalf of a limited company that fails to comply is personally liable and risks a fine.
